Drive pre-booked jobs in Toledo, Spain

We are a licensed Spanish private hire operator based in Illescas (Toledo): Madrid airport transfers, train stations and corporate work along the A-42 and A-4. There is no street hailing here. Every job reaches your phone with pickup, destination, time and price already agreed with the customer.

  • Jobs assigned at a fixed, agreed price
  • Weekly settlement, whether or not you took cash
  • Our own app with navigation and trip sheet
  • No street hailing, no waiting at ranks

Spanish VTC authorisation registered in Castilla-La Mancha. All services are pre-booked: a VTC may not be hailed in the street or picked up at taxi ranks.

Your details
About you

We use your data only to assess your application and to contact you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

What you get

Booked work, pay you can count on, paperwork done

What actually changes a driver's week is not a motivational slogan. It is knowing when you start, what you will be paid, and that the money is there on Friday.

Pre-booked jobs at an agreed price

Every job arrives with pickup, destination, time and fare already agreed with the customer. You know what you will earn before you set off, and there is no haggling at the end of the ride.

Guaranteed payment

Non-payment is our risk, not yours. If the customer is a no-show or their card fails, the job you performed is still settled to you. Late cancellations are paid under the cancellation policy.

Weekly settlement with your paperwork done

Every Monday you get the week in detail: jobs, tips, cash you already collected, commission and the amount due. If you are self-employed, the platform issues your self-billing invoice with VAT and withholding, ready for your accountant.

Our own app, not a WhatsApp group

Today's jobs, navigation to the pickup, trip states, an automatically generated trip sheet and an emergency button. Your earnings, updated as you go.

Real work along the A-42 corridor

Illescas, Seseña, Ocaña, Yuncos, Esquivias and Toledo towards Barajas airport, Atocha and Chamartín. Recurring airport and corporate demand, not just weekend peaks.

Service paperwork in order

The trip sheet and the filing with the Spanish services register are generated by the platform before each job. You drive; compliance is on us.

The numbers

Let's talk money, plainly

Below is the same fare table we quote customers with, and the commission we withhold. Put in your own jobs and your own mileage, and settle the question before you call us.

  • Commission is deducted job by job and shown on every statement: you will never see a line you cannot match to a specific ride.
  • Cash you take on board is already yours; it is deducted from Monday's payment rather than claimed back separately.
  • Tips go to the driver in full. No commission is applied to them.
  • We do not charge you to sign up, to use the app or for initial training. If anyone in this business charges you to start working, be careful.

Work out what you could earn

Set the two sliders to a scenario you believe. The prices come from the very same fare table we quote customers with.

Illescas to Madrid airport is 55 km; a local run around La Sagra, about 15.

Your town and your hours do not change the arithmetic: a job's price does not depend on where you live or when you set off. We ask so that we can tell you on the phone whether the scenario you just set resembles what there is.

Send your application with these figures?

The scenario travels with your application and we have it in front of us when we ring. If it does not hold up, we say so on that call and not three months in.

Apply with these figures

This is an estimate, not a promise

The result depends on how much work there is in your area and on the hours you cover. We do not guarantee a minimum number of jobs or any level of income: we show you the arithmetic so you can run it yourself with your own figures.

Your final commission is agreed in the contract and appears on every weekly statement, job by job.

Requirements

What you really need

This and nothing else. If you are missing the VTC driver certificate, say so on the form: we will tell you how to get it, what it costs and how long it takes.

Essential

  • Category B driving licence held for at least two years, valid and not suspended.
  • VTC driver certificate where the region you work in requires one. Castilla-La Mancha does not currently require it; the Madrid region does, and Barajas airport is in Madrid.
  • Enough points left on your licence: we ask for the DGT points report before you start.
  • A criminal record check, because the work involves unaccompanied minors and corporate accounts.
  • The right to work in Spain: national ID, a residence permit that allows work, or an EU passport.
  • A Spanish social security number and a bank account in your own name, for payroll or for settlement.

Counts in your favour

  • Conversational English: half of the Barajas transfers are with people who do not speak Spanish.
  • Knowing the Illescas–Seseña–Ocaña corridor and the T4 access roads without relying on the satnav.
  • Previous airport, hotel or corporate driving experience.
  • Your own VTC authorisation or vehicle: it shifts the split in your favour.
  • Availability for early starts (airport runs between 4am and 7am) and Friday and Saturday nights.

You do not need your own car or your own licence. If you have either, tick the box on the form — the commercial terms change in your favour.

    First settlement

You see your week broken down and you get paid. From then on, every Monday the same.

The questions everyone asks

The same ones we would ask before leaving one job for another.

Do I need the Spanish VTC driver certificate?

It depends where you drive. Castilla-La Mancha does not require it at present, but the Madrid region does — and a large share of our work ends at Barajas airport or in central Madrid. If you do not have it, we will tell you where to sit it and what it costs; in the meantime you can start on jobs that stay inside the region.

Do I have to be self-employed?

Not necessarily. We work with both arrangements: an employment contract with social security registration and income tax withholding, or self-employed status with a weekly self-billing invoice. We show you the net figures for each case before you decide.

Do I need to provide a car?

No. If you drive one of ours, we provide the vehicle, insurance, fuel and maintenance, and the commission is higher. If you bring your own car and authorisation you keep far more of each job and the running costs are yours: the simulator on this page shows both calculations.

How many jobs will I get?

It depends on the demand in your area and on the hours you cover, which is exactly why we will not promise you a number. What we will tell you on the call is how many jobs were actually done last month in your town and in your time slot. With that and the calculator on this page, you can do the arithmetic yourself.

Can I work weekends or nights only?

Yes, and those are the slots we need most: airport runs between 4am and 7am, and Friday and Saturday nights. Say so in the form and we will take it into account.

How does cash work?

Cash you collect on board stays with you and is deducted from Monday's settlement. There is nothing to pay in or justify separately: it appears on your weekly summary as cash collected and balances itself.

What happens if the customer does not show up?

You mark it as a no-show in the app after the courtesy wait. The job is settled to you under the cancellation policy, just as if you had driven it. Collecting from the customer is our problem.

Are there penalties?

There are, and we would rather tell you now than later: handing back a job you had already accepted, turning up late to an airport pickup without warning us, driving without the trip sheet filed, or picking passengers up off the street. That last one is not a rule of ours — it is Spanish VTC law, and it puts everyone's licence at risk. The first three we talk about; the fourth ends the relationship on the spot.

Where do I work from in Toledo?

There is no depot to clock in at. You start from where you live and the first job of the day takes your position into account, so nobody has to drive across the province empty just to begin the shift.

In more detail, in the guides: How do you work as a private hire (VTC) driver in Toledo? · What determines whether a VTC licence pays off in Castilla-La Mancha? · How do you sign up as a partner VTC operator?

Ready to start?

The form takes two minutes. We call you within one working day and go through the detail with your own numbers in front of you. If it does not suit you, no hard feelings — we will both have saved the time.
