Reliability

What we guarantee, exactly

No adjectives: what happens in each case. If any of this is not met, what you are owed is in writing.

The price does not rise
The amount is fixed when you confirm and never changes because of demand, rain or it being a Friday. It only varies if you alter the route, add stops or there is a long wait, and you are told before that happens.
And in quiet hours, it drops
Quiet time slots are 25 % cheaper, and the calculator offers them if you can shift your time. The opposite does not exist: there is no surcharge for booking a busy hour.
Confirmed on the spot
If a car is free for your time, the booking is confirmed instantly with its tracking code. If it is not, we tell you straight away and offer the nearest time: we do not leave you waiting for an answer.
We assign the car that arrives soonest
You do not pick a driver or wait for someone to accept: the trip goes to the soonest available licensed car for your time and area. And you are not left with an anonymous stranger: before pickup you have the plate, the model and the driver's name, and while the car is on its way you can follow it on the map and call.
We wait at no charge
45 complimentary minutes at airports and stations, and 10 at an address. The clock starts when the car reaches the pickup point, not at the booked time: if the driver is late, you do not pay for those minutes.
Free cancellation
More than 24 hours ahead you get a full refund. After that the published policy applies, and it is written down before you pay rather than afterwards.
Every trip, documented
Before departure the route sheet is issued and filed with the register Spanish transport rules require. It is not red tape: it is the difference between a legal service and one that is not.
What the law limits

We only sell what we are allowed to provide

The licence we work under allows some things and not others, and that is applied before you get a price, not after you are charged. When a trip is not covered by the licence we hold, it does not come with an amount or a booking button: we tell you why, and who can take you instead.

Within one municipality we will not drive you under the VTC authorisation
A VTC authorisation covers intercity transport: from one town to another. A trip that starts and ends inside the same municipality is urban service and belongs to licensed taxis, because Castilla-La Mancha has not opened it to VTC operators. The quote engine checks that before pricing: if the trip is internal there is no amount and no booking button; we tell you why, and that the local taxi is who takes you there. And there is no exception for convenience: without a taxi licence behind it, that trip is not accepted through any channel — not the website, not WhatsApp, not the phone.
You cannot hail us: the service is booked beforehand
A VTC cannot be hailed in the street or wait at a rank. Every service is booked before it starts and is recorded with the exact time of booking, which is the one carried onto the route sheet. For you that has one concrete advantage: before leaving home you know the price, the car and who is driving.
The 20% rule, counted trip by trip
The cars must habitually serve transport needs connected with Castilla-La Mancha: a trip that both starts and ends outside the region counts against a 20% limit, and exceeding it costs the authorisation. Every booking is classified by the region of pickup and of destination, the back office keeps the monthly and yearly count and warns before the margin runs out. We would rather turn down a transfer that is not ours than put it at risk.

Every line above is a fare we do not take and someone else would. We give them up on purpose, because a service that cannot legally be provided is not cheaper: it is the one that leaves no car at your door and the driver facing a penalty notice. If another app quotes you for a trip that starts and ends inside your own town, ask which licence it is served under; the fine is not paid by the app.

Service areas

The Sagra area of Toledo is less than an hour from the airport via the A-42 and M-50, so the Barajas transfer is the most requested service, followed by Toledo's high-speed rail station and the Illescas logistics parks.

Where we take most people

All destinations

Places where a car with a driver beats driving yourself: because of the timetable, the parking or because nobody wants to drive back.

Puy du Fou España

from 18

The park sits on the edge of Toledo and the big shows run at night, when public transport back is scarce. With a private driver you arrive for the first show and get home without driving at night or hunting for a parking space.

See prices and times

Madrid South bus station

from 63

Estación Sur is the long-distance coach hub for half of Spain, in Méndez Álvaro, away from the centre. With luggage, a seven o'clock connection or a night arrival, a door-to-door transfer pays for itself.

See prices and times

IFEMA and Madrid trade fairs

from 77

During a trade fair the problem is not getting there: it is arriving on time with two colleagues, the stand material and no parking hunt. We cover whole fairs with staggered pickups and month-end invoicing.

National Paraplegics Hospital, Toledo

from 18

Patients and families from all over Spain travel to the Toledo paraplegics hospital, often for long stays and weekly visits. It is a repeated journey, with fixed visiting hours and often luggage or a folding wheelchair.

See prices and times

Madrid hospitals

from 68

An early specialist appointment in Madrid means leaving before dawn, and coming back means waiting for a bus after a procedure. A door-to-door transfer avoids both: you leave at a reasonable hour and return when the patient is ready.

See prices and times

Parque Warner Madrid

from 37

A theme-park day with children ends with everyone tired, and that is exactly when someone has to drive an hour home. With a driver, someone else handles the return and the whole group travels together in one vehicle.

Matches and concerts in Madrid

from 72

A night match or a concert ends after the last train back to Castilla-La Mancha has gone. With a driver you go and return the same night, without driving after the game and without circling for a parking space two kilometres from the ground.

See prices and times

Ciudad Encantada

from 224

The rock labyrinth sits about half an hour from Cuenca along a mountain road with no useful bus service: visitors without a car simply stay in the city. With a private driver you go, take your time and come back, without renting a car for half a day or driving the sierra at dusk.

See prices and times

Lagunas de Ruidera

from 213

Fifteen linked lagoons between Ciudad Real and Albacete, with viewpoints spread along twenty-five kilometres of road. It is a place for stopping as you go, and that does not exist on public transport: either you rent a car or you go with a driver and stop wherever you like.

See prices and times

Almagro's Corral de Comedias

from 192

The only 17th-century playhouse still standing and still in use, and its July festival, which fills Almagro with performances ending late at night. At that hour there is no train and the bus has stopped: with a driver you leave after the applause and get home without hunting for parking in a packed main square.

See prices and times

Consuegra windmills

from 99

Twelve windmills and a castle on the same ridge, with the best light early or at dusk — exactly when there is no bus back. It is the image of La Mancha and it sits fifty minutes from Toledo: with a driver you arrive at the right hour and can add Campo de Criptana the same day.

Advance booking

How it works

You request the trip, we give you the fixed price and assign the car that can reach your pickup soonest. Because a Spanish VTC cannot be hailed and everything is booked in advance, you know the price, the car and the driver before you leave home.

  1. 1

    Book in advance

Fill in the form or call us. Advance booking is mandatory for Spanish private hire: we cannot pick you up without one.

  2. 2

    Get a fixed price

We confirm the final amount and assign the soonest available car for your time. You can pay online by card when you confirm.

  3. 3

    We issue the route sheet

Before the trip starts we generate and file the paperwork required by Spanish transport regulations.

  4. 4

We pick you up on time

Before pickup you know who is coming: their name, their phone and the car's plate. And you can follow the car on the map on its way.

Our fleet

The vehicles the service runs on. You choose the class; we assign the actual car — the one that reaches your pickup soonest — and tell you which it is, with its plate and the name of the driver.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a private hire car and a taxi?

A Spanish private hire vehicle may only carry out pre-booked services: it cannot pick up passengers in the street or wait at ranks. That is why everything goes through advance booking, with the price fixed before the trip and the service paperwork issued beforehand.

Can you take me within my own town?

It depends on the town. A Spanish private hire authorisation covers intercity transport, while urban trips — those starting and ending in the same town — are reserved for taxis unless a licence covers them. Where we can do it, the booking form prices it like any other trip; where we cannot, we tell you straight away and why, before you fill in any details.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better, especially for early flights. For airport transfers we recommend booking the day before; same-day requests depend on availability and always require advance booking.

Is the price I see the final price?

Yes. The quote includes VAT and is fixed when you confirm. It would only change if you alter the route, add stops or there is a long wait, and you are told before that happens.

What if my flight or train is delayed?

If you give us the flight or train number we adjust the pickup to the actual arrival time, and the waiting included at airports and stations is more generous than at an address: the exact minutes are in the terms of service.

Can I pay by card?

Yes. You can pay online when you confirm, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, by card terminal on board, or by bank transfer if you are a company and prefer monthly invoicing.

Do you issue company invoices?

Yes. Enter your tax details when booking and you will receive an invoice with VAT broken out. For companies with recurring travel we offer consolidated monthly invoicing.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we carry approved child restraint systems. Tell us the child's age and weight when booking so we fit the right seat, at no extra cost.

Shall we book your transfer?

Tell us where, when and how many. We confirm a fixed price and the vehicle within minutes.
